before shipping. Credit approval is required for
COD company check and net 30 terms. We accept Master

A variety of shipping options are available,
including UPS, Federal Express, or your choice
of courier. Freight costs are based on the shipper
used, shipping method, the number of packages,
their weight, insured value, and COD fees, if
applicable. All orders are shipped directly from
our facilities in Houston, Texas and can be drop
shipped at no additionl charge if desired. For
international orders, contact us with your preferred
carrier and customs clearance requirements. Most
international orders incur an additional $25.00
export paperwork fee.

In the event that a Rose product must
be returned to the factory for any reason, please
call or FAX Rose technical support for a Return
Authorization number before shipping back the unit.
This number allows tracking of your return internally,
and assures prompt and accurate handling. A Rose
RA number is valid for only 30 days. The number
will be voided if the material is not received within
the 30-day period. In the event that a returned
product arrives with an invalid or voided RA number,
it will be returned to the shipper at the shipper's
expense. Rose Electronics is not responsible for
any material without a valid RA number.
The RA number must appear on the outside of
the package and the items must be shipped prepaid
to:

Rose cannot accept collect shipments. Collect
shipments will be refused and returned to the
shipper. We request that our international customers
please ship prepaid, door to door, via Postal
Express Mail, UPS, Federal Express, or any door
to door courier. Rose has no facilities or arrangements
to pick up any material at the airport, and material
shipped to the airport for pickup will be returned
to the shipper at the shipper's expense.
